    Tier 1- $80/ Month

    Semi-monthly property inspections.

    Option to have work oversight with scheduled contractors at an hourly rate of $35.

    Access to network of licensed & insured subcontractors.

    Includes annual smoke detector check and battery changeout.

    3 complimentary hours for home concierge services per year.

    **Emergency response is available and billed at $50/hour.

    Tier 2- $180/Month

    Weekly property inspections.

    Provide maintenance and service repair estimates. * Option to have oversight of contracted work at an hourly rate of $35.

    General exterior property preparation (winterization) is included. For more extensive services like irrigation blowouts, snow clearance and plumbing services, we are happy to schedule contractors in advance for you.

    6 complimentary hours for home concierge services per year.

    Tier 3- Custom Package

    Weekly property inspections.

    Overseeing all regularly scheduled maintenance and cleaning.

    Collecting and overseeing service repair estimates.

    Summerize and winterize home, structures, trailers, boats and other specialty buildings.

    This tier also includes concierge services. We offer an array of services, such as: stocking kitchen provisions and toiletries before arrival, welcome flowers/baskets, leaving a vehicle at the airport for arrival, fueling and washing exterior of vehicles, providing other specialty provisions, decorating for the holidays and preparing for special events, as needed.

    This tier includes emergency response at no additional rate.

    Concierge Services Add-on

    Whether its preparing your home for a special occasion or holiday, or getting it cleaned up afterwards. We can take care of the details so you don’t have to. Concierge services are a great way to enjoy coming in for a quick visit and knowing everything has been taken care of. This service is custom to the needs of each property owner and can be added at anytime.
